Due to our location next to the old border between Spain and France, we are influenced by the
customs of both sides and the word "bistro" has always been familiar. When we first thought of our new restaurant it came to our heads
and we discovered that it fitted with what we have long been doing: a market cuisine at a good price.
Originally, the bistro concept was developed in Paris, where apartment owners used to supplement their incomes by offering simple and practical menus
at reasonable prices in a homey and friendly environment.
